Holistic Approach
Mental Health – we help our clients improve their cognitive functioning to promote positive behavioral changes. They will learn how to make healthier choices, manage their stress levels and recognize their self-worth and potential.
Emotional Health – we help our clients gain a healthier perception of themselves and relate to others more positively. They will learn the importance of setting and maintaining healthy boundaries. They will be given the tools to help them demonstrate satisfactory emotional intelligence to improve their relationships and overall well-being.
Physical Health – we help our clients form healthier habits by providing them with information and resources on proper nutrition and fitness. Physical wellness promotes proper care for your body for more optimal health and functioning. This includes creating time for proper nutrition and exercise. They will establish and maintain a regular sleep schedule and recognizing warning signs when their bodies are not at its best.
Spiritual Health – learning how to identify their source of inner strength, what inspires them and gives them a sense of purpose. This can be through guided meditation on biblical scriptures and/or incorporating prayer into their daily routine.
Social Health – We encourage our clients to get connected to their social environment which includes their families, friends, colleagues and local communities. Social wellness focuses on the ability to interact and form healthy meaningful relationships with others.
